The provisions of our Agreement are intended to legally bind you as a Customer to the terms of your use of the Site and Services. You accept that you have the right, power, and ability to engage in the following agreements by using our services. However, if you are under the age of 18, you will be unable to access the site or the Logo Pickup services. If you do not agree with all of the conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.
The amount of revisions granted is determined by the package you choose, and you may request as many changes as specified in the package features. We are committed to offering the greatest services to our clients and will continue to revise till your requirements are fulfilled. If the design principles are not modified, you are not required to pay any further fees
Logo Pickup will function as the client's independent contractor, designing, developing, and implementing branding initiatives following the agreement. We have been engaged for a specific assignment exclusively, and we shall submit any findings and suggestions to the client's management or as otherwise requested by the customer. The product or service, including all versions in source code or object code form, should be supplied to the Buyer as soon as the Client approves the prototype version for launch. After the warranty period, Logo Pickup will provide the Buyer with an updated version of the product or service, if one exists.
• Logo Pickup is not liable for any communication made through a platform other than "hello@Logo Pickup.com" or any numbers not provided by us or listed on our official website.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of other contact information that was not given by us.
• We accept full responsibility for any information given on our official websites.
Logo Pickup takes each project seriously and guarantees to handle it professionally and that the customer receives the final product in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, if the customer is dissatisfied with the conclusion, we will evaluate refund requests following the schedule below, which clearly identifies the services and our refund policy for each service.
To receive your refund, complete the following steps: Please contact us at hello@Logo Pickup.com. OR, click here to begin chatting right away. We will react to your refund request as soon as we get it; after the necessary analysis is performed, we will begin the procedure. You will not have any rights to any designs given to you by Logo Pickup after receiving your refund; the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to preserve legality. Logo Pickup will reimburse the project to the client using the same payment methods that the customer used to pay Logo Pickup or any other way determined by us every now and then. Logo Pickup believes that refunding the customer will avoid any dispute or chargeback.
This Agreement shall begin when both parties sign the contract and the buyer pays the project mobilization fee and shall continue until all of the parties' responsibilities have been fulfilled or unless earlier terminated as stipulated above. Logo Pickup's appointment as a contractor under this Agreement, as well as this Agreement, shall terminate if any party becomes bankrupt or insolvent, or if bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings are started against a party.
• Logo Pickup owns all design, development, and strategy work done for a given client. We do not retain ownership of any project generated for a customer.
• Logo Pickup accepts no responsibility for the copyright/trademark registration of logos developed for our clients. A customer has complete ownership of their logo and trademark created/produced by Logo Pickup.
• Once the files are supplied to the customer, Logo Pickup will no longer possess any of the client's projects.
• Logo Pickup will have the right to promote a project by displaying it on its website.
• If a client's payment is denied by their merchant or bank, all designs generated by us will become the property of Logo Pickup until the payment problem is resolved.
• We shall retain ownership of the project until the client has paid the full cost of the package he ordered.
